Bobcat Families, here is a reminder that students will not be in school October 14-19! (See the attached graphic.)
💜💛
Hello Bobcat Nation!
The Berryville School District's Shout-Out Form is now OPEN for celebrations until Thursday, October 15, at 3:00! Take a moment to recognize any employee of Berryville Schools who has gone above and beyond, lent a helping hand, or simply made your day (or your child's day) a little brighter. We have so many amazing people doing great things across our district, and we need to celebrate them. A little appreciation goes a long way, so let's spread some positivity and recognize the great work happening. Access the link below to recognize a staff member today!

Consent forms for students to receive the flu shot on Wednesday, October 21 are being sent home today.
If you would like your student to receive the flu shot, please complete and return the consent form to your child’s school nurse by Tuesday, October 20.
Our coaches pour their time, energy, knowledge, and heart into our Bobcat athletes. They teach discipline, teamwork, perseverance, responsibility, and the importance of showing up and giving your best. Coaches in Bobcat Nation encourage our students through the wins and the challenges, and the lessons are lifelong.
Thank you to all of our Berryville Bobcat coaches for investing in our students and helping them become better athletes, teammates, and people.
💜💛 Go Bobcats! 🐾
Our teachers educate, but they also create classrooms where children feel safe, supported, valued, and encouraged to grow.
As we recognize both World Teacher Day and Child Health Day, we are reminded of the importance of caring for every part of a child’s well-being—physical, mental, and emotional.
At Berryville School District, we are grateful for the teachers, staff, families, and community members who work together every day to help our Bobcats thrive. 🐾💜💛
Healthy children learn. Supported children grow. Caring teachers make a difference.
This meeting will provide information regarding special education services offered to public school, private school, and home school students with disabilities. If you have a child, or know of a child who may have disabilities, we encourage you to attend the meeting.
If you have any questions, please contact Crystal Fancher, Special Education Director at 870-480-4639.
Thank you for taking care of our schools and taking care of our Bobcats! 🐾
Happy School Custodian Appreciation Day!
BERRYVILLE HIGH SCHOOL IS BEATING THE ODDS!
We are incredibly proud to share that Berryville High School has officially been recognized by the Office for Education Policy at the University of Arkansas as a “Beating the Odds” school!
This recognition celebrates schools whose students demonstrate high academic growth despite facing economic challenges outside of school. Growth is a powerful reflection of the impact our teachers and staff have on student learning—and BHS earned FOUR awards!
🏆 High Overall Growth – Statewide
🏆 High Math Growth – Statewide
🏆 High Math Growth – Northwest Region
🏆 High ELA Growth – Northwest Region
These awards represent more than numbers. They represent students who worked hard, teachers who refused to give up on them, and a staff committed to helping every student grow.
We are so proud of our BHS students, teachers, staff, and leaders for demonstrating what is possible when we maintain high expectations and believe in our students.
Four awards. One incredible team. Bobcat Proud!
Our principals listen, encourage, problem-solve, celebrate successes, support their staff, and show up for our students and families day after day.
We are so thankful for the heart, time, and care our principals pour into our Bobcat family. 💜💛
There are a few days in October when students will not be in school. Planning ahead helps families make arrangements and ensures everyone is prepared for the changes to our regular school schedule. Please save these dates, October 14-19, and refer to the graphic for details. 💜💛

We are especially excited to celebrate Berryville High School earning an A and being a designated Gem School for being in the top 5% for overall student growth! High math growth at the high school is also being recognized by the state.
Across our district, these results represent much more than a letter. They represent teachers working together, students rising to challenges, teams studying data, stronger instruction, and a continued focus on ensuring high levels of learning for EVERY student.
We celebrate the progress, and we also know our work continues. We will keep building on what is working, supporting areas that need growth, and maintaining high expectations across every campus.
To our teachers, staff, administrators, students, families, and community—thank you for believing in our kids and in Berryville Schools!
We have so much to celebrate and even more to look forward to.
💜💛 Proud to be a Bobcat! 💜💛
A properly worn and packed backpack can help keep our students comfortable and safe throughout the school day.
A few simple reminders:
Use both straps to distribute weight evenly.
Fit it properly so it rests comfortably in the middle of the back.
Pack smart by placing heavier items closest to the back.
Help our Bobcats carry their backpacks safely and smartly! 💜💛🐾
Today, we recognize and appreciate the IT professionals who keep our schools connected, supported, and running smoothly. Thank you for all you do for our students, staff, and Berryville School District! 💜💛
Today we celebrate the grandparents who love, encourage, support, and cheer on our Bobcats!
Thank you for the special role you play in the lives of our students and families.
