Please know we have several key people who watch the weather diligently. Any announcements of cancelations, delayed starts, early releases, etcetera will be announced AS SOON AS a decision is made. School administration will make these decisions as early as possible as they understand families are anxious and planning.
Please have a plan in place for your students should we experience any of these scenarios (early release, late start or cancelation).

Update:
The message we thought was "bogus" was actually a message sent from another district. The reason a few of our parents and guardians received that message was because they had (or have recently had) students in that district as well.
Because we use the same company, it came from the same number.
Good news is that our information has not been compromised, and only a few families received this information!

Wednesday January 8, 2025 the Berryville School Spelling BEE will be held in the Performing Arts Center (PAC) at the Berryville High School Campus. Top spellers from grades 3-8 will compete starting at 9:00a.m. for the opportunity to represent Berryville Public School at the Carroll County Spelling BEE later this month. Parents are welcome to attend and will need to check in at the front office of the high school as a visitor and make their way to the PAC before 9:00a.m. #BobcatNation

Today Mr. McClellan and art teacher Ms Burden presented The Purple Flower with a donation from the BMS Art of Giving fundraiser that was held a few weeks ago. Thank you to all who attended, donated, volunteered to work the event, and the churches who donated chili. #BobcatNation

Here are some examples of some situations that might occur during semester testing.
1. If a student only has to take their 1st period exam they only have to stay for their 1st period for review day.
2. If a student has to take their 1st and 7th period exam they must stay all day for review day and exam day.
3. If a student has to take their 2nd and 6th period exam they can leave after their last exam.
If parents are picking up their student after their last exam, the parent must come into the office to sign their student out.
We have a few students who live in town who will need to walk home after their last exam. A parent note must be brought to the office with a parent signature and a phone number to contact. If there are any questions please contact the office at 870-480-4633.
